Travelers arriving at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) can reserve transportation to Waikīkī and destinations across O‘ahu. On Maui, our Kahului Airport (OGG) service connects visitors with Kīhei, Wailea, Kāʻanapali, and other resort areas. Kaua‘i airport shuttle service links Līhu‘e Airport (LIH) with Princeville, Kapa‘a, Po‘ipū, and communities across the island.

Which islands does SpeediShuttle operate on?

SpeediShuttle provides airport shuttle transportation on O‘ahu, Maui, Kaua‘i, and Hawai‘i Island. We serve Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Kahului Airport (OGG), Kapalua Airport (JHM), Līhu‘e Airport (LIH), and Kona International Airport (KOA).

Where are the pickup and drop-off locations?

We provide door-to-door service for most hotels, resorts, private residences, university campuses, cruise piers, and many vacation rentals. If direct access is not available, we use the closest approved pickup or drop-off location.

Can SpeediShuttle take me directly to my hotel?

Yes. SpeediShuttle provides transportation to most hotels, resorts, residences, and accommodations. When direct access is unavailable, guests are dropped off at the nearest approved location.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring up to two standard checked bags and one personal item. Additional or oversized luggage should be identified during booking so the appropriate vehicle can be arranged.

What vehicles does SpeediShuttle use?

Shared ride transportation is provided in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter shuttles with air conditioning, seat belts, luggage storage, and comfortable passenger seating.

Can I book a private ride instead of a shared ride?

Yes. The booking engine includes both SpeediShuttle shared ride transportation and holoholo private rideshare. Choose shared ride for the lowest price or holoholo for a direct ride without additional passenger or hotel stops.

Can I book round-trip transportation?

Yes. One-way and round-trip transportation can be reserved in advance with both SpeediShuttle and holoholo.

How does SpeediShuttle support Hawai‘i’s communities?

SpeediShuttle supports local organizations and programs serving Hawai‘i’s keiki, ‘ohana, kūpuna, arts, and communities. We also continue to improve operating practices and vehicle technology with environmental responsibility in mind.

How far is Honolulu Airport from Waikīkī?

Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is approximately nine miles from Waikīkī. Travel time is generally 20 to 30 minutes, although traffic and shared ride stops can affect the trip.

What is the best way to get from HNL to Waikīkī?

SpeediShuttle offers scheduled shared ride transportation from Honolulu Airport to Waikīkī hotels. Travelers who prefer a private, direct ride can choose holoholo private rideshare during booking.

What is holoholo?

holoholo is Hawai‘i’s locally owned rideshare service. It offers pre-scheduled and on-demand private transportation with local drivers on O‘ahu, Maui, Kaua‘i, and Hawai‘i Island.

Should I book shared ride or holoholo?

Choose shared ride when you want the best value. Choose holoholo when you want a private vehicle, direct service, and no multiple hotel stops.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

Exclusive transfers may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Shared ride reservations may be canceled without charge up to two hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be charged the full fare. Call 808-242-7777 for assistance.

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

SpeediShuttle monitors flight arrival information provided with the reservation. Contact the reservations team as soon as possible if your flight number, arrival time, or travel date changes.

Are SpeediShuttle vehicles and drivers approved for airport service?

Yes. SpeediShuttle maintains the permits and operating credentials required to provide commercial transportation at the Hawai‘i airports it serves.

How can I recognize SpeediShuttle at the airport?

Look for a charcoal Mercedes-Benz Sprinter shuttle with the SpeediShuttle logo displayed above the windshield. Pickup instructions and meeting-location details are also provided with the reservation.

We had good experience with this shuttle.

heir agent contacted us as sub as we landed and told us where to meet them. We had to wait for the shuttle for about 30 min, but understand the wait for the shared ride. Return service was on time, got us to the airport with time to spare. Both drivers were great.

My shuttle driver was so kind and courteous this morning!

He was also prompt and welcoming without being intrusive. About a block from the condo I realized I had left my phone behind. He turned around immediately and drove me back without any fuss.
